Returns Policy
We do not accept returns if you choose incorrectly, please order our wines carefully. A refund is available in case of damaged or faulty products. If you need to return an item because it has been damaged in transit, or is faulty please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and we will arrange a refund or replacement products.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Free freight offers only apply to orders in metropolitan Sydney. Orders are shipped within 24 hours and delivery should arrive within 7 days. Orders from international customers will be shipped with an agreed carrier at the buyers expense.
