Hot off the press is the new Godfrey Raw Shiraz - made using ancient techniques and with no added preservatives. This wine is rich, fresh and delicious - perfect to accompany the many treats on your Christmas table. Fruit comes from Orange, NSW and after destemming, the wine is allowed to ferment naturally, before being basket pressed into oak barrels. After a few short months it is then gravity fed into bottles.
Labels are hand finished by Charlotte and Alice Godfrey.
You will notice that the label still says 'Contains Sulphites', that is because yeast produce trace amounts of sulphites during fermentation and tiny amounts may still be present in the wine.
